Jutsu Creation

To create a jutsu, you need to have the appropriate number of CC. They are lost once the jutsu is approved.

E-rank : 5000 Ryo
D-rank: 10,000 Ryo
C-rank: 20,000 Ryo
B-rank: 40,000 Ryo
A-rank: 60,000 Ryo
S-rank: 80,000 Ryo
